Job summary

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking a Reservations Trainee to manage guest reservations by email and phone, maintain records, and assist guests with information about the hotel and Ibiza.

The 5–6 month program starts Feb–Mar 2027, offering hands-on learning in a luxury reservations environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations by email and telephone.
• Create and maintain reservation records; handle bookings, cancellations and modifications.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and Ibiza Island.
• Support travel agents with reservations and inquiries.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Reservations Trainee will perform duties as a Reservations Agent. Daily tasks will include processing individual guest reservations by email and telephone, following the Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Forbes standards; creating and maintaining reservation records; processing booking cancellations and modifications; and providing guests with information about the hotel’s facilities and Ibiza Island.

As a Reservations Agent Trainee, you will be proactive in providing exceptional service to guests and travel agents.

Program length: 5 to 6 months

Starting date: February – March 2027
