Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking an F&B Service Trainee to learn and perform duties across our outlets, from room service to fine dining, delivering memorable guest experiences with passion and precision.

The program lasts 4 to 6 months, starts March–April 2027, and includes free shared accommodation, free meals during shifts, and an internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. You must be enrolled in Hospitality/Hotel Management and fluent in English and Spanish, EU eligible, based in Ibiza.

Formación

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related degree (Diploma, Vocational Training, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering excellent guest service.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Previous hospitality experience is desirable.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The F&B Service Trainee’s mission will be to craft authentic guest memories through the unique chemistry and perfect balance of luxury, fun, and theatre, delivered with heartfelt passion and pride of service in our outlets.

In this role, you will be learning and performing duties in different F&B service positions to gain a full understanding of our service operations, from room service to our different restaurants. Your duties will include welcoming guests, creating memorable guest experiences, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, running food and beverages, supporting the service team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service, among many other responsibilities.

Program length: 4 to 6 months.

Starting date: March - April 2027
