Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking a motivated F&B Management Trainee to assist the F&B management team across our luxury outlets in Ibiza. You will help with report preparation, MICROS and menu updates, outlet reservations, stock control and guest review analysis, while supporting daily outlet organization.

The 5–6 month program offers cross-training across Nobu outlets to understand each service style and daily dynamics, with accommodation in a shared room, free meals during shifts, and a 500€

• Enrolled in final year of Hospitality & Hotel Management or Business Management (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level) is essential.
• Experience in hospitality and strong organizational skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to support reporting.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The F&B Management Trainee will support the F&B Management team in the daily operations of the hotel’s different F&B outlets. Your responsibilities will include assisting with report preparation, MICROS and menu updates, outlet reservations, stock control, guest review analysis and the daily organization of the outlets.

You will also support the team with F&B operations, CAPEX planning and event organization, gaining an understanding of the different aspects of F&B management. As part of the training program, you will have the opportunity to cross-train across our different F&B outlets, including Nobu, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their operations, service styles and daily dynamics.

Program length: 5 - 6 months

Starting date: April - May 2027

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Enrolled in the final year of Hospitality & Hotel Management or Business Management (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level) is essential.
• Passion for the F&B and hospitality industry, with organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable.
• Team-oriented mindset, with communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
