Job summary

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is offering a Reception trainee internship in Ibiza to support the Front Office team in daily operations. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and share information about the hotel and Ibiza island while acting as a brand ambassador.

You will have the chance to add your personal touch to every interaction and bring fresh ideas to enhance the guest experience, within a luxury hospitality context guided by Forbes-style standards.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and Ibiza island.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to deliver excellent service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Contribute personal touch to guest interactions and share ideas to improve guest experience.

You will have the opportunity to give your personal touch to every guest interaction and to bring fresh ideas to the table to improve our guests’ experience.
