Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking a Reception trainee to support the Front Office team during daily operations. You'll welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and share information about our facilities and Ibiza.

The program lasts 4 to 6 months, starts April–May 2027, and includes free shared accommodation, meals during shifts, and a 500€ gross monthly internship allowance. Ibiza-based, EU-work eligible, with English and Spanish fluency.

Formación

• Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Passion for delivering guest service with good organizational and communication skills.
• EU work eligibility and Ibiza residency during internship.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service.
• Act as brand ambassador of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Reception trainee will support the Front Office Team during their daily operations. In a regular daily basis, you will welcome guests to our unique hotel, check-in and check-out procedure, provide information about the hotel’s facilities and Ibiza island, collaborate with other depatments to provide excellent service and become a brand ambassador of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay.

You will have the opportunity to give your personal touch to every guest interaction and to bring fresh ideas to the table to improve our guests’ experience.

Program length: 4 to 6 months

Starting date: April – May 2027

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented and adaptable, with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
