Zusammenfassung

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking a Reservations Agent Trainee to process guest reservations by email and phone, following luxury standards. You will build and update reservation records and assist guests with information about the hotel and Ibiza.

As a trainee, you will gain global knowledge of the reservations department, learn our systems, and experience working in a premium hospitality environment on Ibiza. The program runs 5 to 6 months starting February–March 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management program.
• Fluency in English and Spanish at C1 level.
• EU work eligibility and Ibiza-based internship.

About The Role

The Reservations Trainee will perform duties as a Reservations Agent. Daily tasks will include processing individual guest reservations by email and telephone, following the Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Forbes standards; creating and maintaining reservation records; processing booking cancellations and modifications; and providing guests with information about the hotel’s facilities and Ibiza Island.

The Reservations Trainee will perform duties as a Reservations Agent. Daily tasks will include processing individual guest reservations by email and telephone, following the Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Forbes standards; creating and maintaining reservation records; processing booking cancellations and modifications; and providing guests with information about the hotel’s facilities and Ibiza Island.

As a Reservations Agent Trainee, you will be proactive in providing exceptional service to guests and travel agents.

What You Need To Have

• Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
