Playa Real S.A. in Ibiza is seeking a Guest Relations trainee to support the Guest Relations Team in daily operations, organizing VIP stays and addressing guest requests.

You will greet guests, assist with concierge services, coordinate welcome amenities, and keep VIP profiles up to date while showcasing the property and Ibiza’s surroundings. This 4–6 month internship offers free accommodation, meals during shifts, and a monthly gross stipend of 500 euros.

Formación

• Fluency in English (C1) required.
• Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Attention to detail and team-oriented approach.
• Previous hospitality experience desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Guest Relations trainee will be assisting the Guest Relations Team in the daily operations, organizing VIP stays and following up on their needs and requests. You will be offering concierge services, greeting guests, coordinating welcome cards and amenities, maintaining VIP profiles updated, doing guest roomings, show the hotel’s facilities and many more duties to exceed guest expectations. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs by becoming an expert in the hotel and Ibiza’s surroundings.

Program length: 4-6 months

Starting date: April – May 2027

• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.


• Attention to detail and a team-oriented approach.


• Previous hospitality experience is desirable.


• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
