Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking a Groups & Events Trainee to support the team from enquiry to event delivery. You will help with client communications, record-keeping, and event documentation, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless experiences.

The program runs 6 to 8 months with a February–March 2027 start, offering insights into luxury groups & events operations and Forbes-standard service expectations.

Formación

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management or Business Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience desirable.
• Outgoing and proactive personality with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Groups & Events Trainee will assist the Groups & Events team in the daily operations, supporting the coordination and follow-up of groups and events from the initial enquiry through to the event itself. You will assist with client communication, maintaining accurate records, preparing event-related documentation and supporting the team with meetings, property tours and event preparations.

In this role, you will work closely with different hotel departments to support the smooth coordination and delivery of groups and events. You will gain an understanding of the different stages of the sales and event process while learning how to provide personalized service, anticipate client needs and contribute to creating successful and memorable events.

Program length: 6 to 8 months

Starting date: February – March 2027
