Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay in Ibiza is offering a Front Desk Trainee internship for 4 to 6 months, starting April–May 2027. You will assist the Front Desk team, handle calls and messages, and learn about luxury hospitality operations on the island.

The program includes free accommodation in a shared room, free meals during shifts, and an internship allowance of 500€ gross per month, with a focus on delivering excellent guest service and global luxury standards.

Formación

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management or Business Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Back of House Trainee will assist the Front Desk Team with the daily operations and the hotel’s internal communication system, efficiently managing phone calls and messages for hotel team members and guests. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs by becoming familiar with the hotel’s facilities, operations and the surroundings of Ibiza. You will coordinate with different departments, supporting effective communication and ensuring the best possible service for both internal and external guests.

Program length: 4 to 6 months.

Starting date: April – May 2027.
