Job summary

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is seeking a Guest Relations Trainee to assist the team with daily operations, VIP stays, and guest requests in Ibiza. You will learn to anticipate guest needs, manage VIP profiles, and deliver exceptional service in a luxury environment.

The 4–6 month program includes accommodation, meals during shifts, and a gross monthly internship allowance of 500€. You must be enrolled in Hospitality or related studies and be based in Ibiza.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management or related studies.
• Fluency in English (C1) is essential.
• Knowledge of Opera and MS Office is valued.

• Assist Guest Relations team in daily operations.

• Maintain VIP profiles and guest rooming duties.

About The Role

The Guest Relations trainee will be assisting the Guest Relations Team in the daily operations, organizing VIP stays and following up on their needs and requests. You will be offering concierge services, greeting guests, coordinating welcome cards and amenities, maintaining VIP profiles updated, doing guest roomings, show the hotel’s facilities and many more duties to exceed guest expectations. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs by becoming an expert in the hotel and Ibiza’s surroundings.

• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.
• Attention to detail and a team-oriented approach.
• Previous hospitality experience is desirable.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
