MTS Globe Group in Gran Canaria is hiring a Representative Agent to be the main contact for holidaymakers, ensuring they have an unforgettable island experience. You will promote excursions, coordinate with hotels and service providers, and assist guests with queries, transfers, and on-site needs during their stay.

Requirements include at least one year in a similar role or a Tourism degree, residency in Gran Canaria, and fluency in Spanish, German and English, plus a valid category B driving

Formación

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Tourism.
• Residence in Gran Canaria.
• Fluent in Spanish, German and English.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Proficiency in standard office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell excursions and additional services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local hoteliers and service providers.
• Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have.
• Support airport assistance and transfers from the airport to the hotel.
• Report any changes or inconsistencies to our main office.
