Job summary

MTS Globe is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to transform financial, commercial, and operational data into insights that drive business performance across our destinations. Reporting to the Area Head, you will turn data into actionable insights and support decision-making to foster sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and BI teams, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, controlling, or a similar role within the tourism industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent English skills; Spanish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, commercial, and operational performance across business lines.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Provide financial and operational guidance from a Profit & Loss perspective.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Promote data quality, process understanding, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
