A leading incoming travel agency in Barcelona is seeking Transfer Assistants for the Summer Season 2026. You will be the first contact for clients at the airport, ensuring their needs are met upon arrival. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, coordinating transport to hotels, and resolving any queries. Candidates must possess advanced English and Spanish skills; knowledge of Polish or German is a plus. Customer service experience and good communication skills are essential. This role requires availability for rotating shifts starting at the end of March.

Job Description

Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Transfer Assistants for a receptive agency in Barcelona Airport who will work during Summer Season 2026, from the end of March until the end of October.

As a transfer assistant you are the first person the client will meet, and you should make sure everything is ready for them upon arrival. You will welcome them, provide them with all the details needed and walk with them to their transfer. Any queries they might have we should be able to solve them and help them make the most out of their holidays.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English and Spanish is a must.
• Intermediate or advanced level of Polish will be a plus.
