MTS Globe is seeking a Transfer Agent in Palma de Mallorca to support our key client during the season. You will manage and control transfer routes in Mallorca, maintain close relationships with TTOO, and help ensure quality of service.

With at least 2 years in a similar role and an advanced command of English (other languages a plus), you will work with IT systems and our in-house operations tools to optimize transfer planning and incident handling for a seamless traveller experience.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English, other languages are a plus.
• Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our in-house operational systems.

Responsabilidades

• Management and control of transfers in Mallorca.
• Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.
• Management of claims and incidents.
• Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
• Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes.

As a Transfer Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer routes in Mallorca, have a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service and also manage incidents. If you enjoy optimizing the grouping for a transfer and designing the best transfer route is like a game for you, we are waiting to meet you.
