Job summary

MTS Globe Group in Palma, Spain, is seeking a Channel Integration Trainee to support the delegation’s distribution strategy. You will coordinate hotel-to-agency data flows and optimize channel performance with a proactive, analytical mindset.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and improving online distribution processes, with opportunities to grow in a multicultural travel group.

Qualifications

• Background in Tourism or Business Administration or similar fields.
• Knowledge of distribution channels: Siteminder, Prestige, Idiso and/or Edingus.
• Good English; other languages a plus.
• Proactive with analytical and strong communication abilities.
• Experience in hotel management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution channels at the MTS GLOBE delegation in Palma via the Channel Manager.
• Ensure the correct update of data across all contracted online distribution channels.
• Ensure proper commercial distribution of these channels between hoteliers and the destination delegation.
• Ability to analyze different distribution channels.
• Review sales by channel, market, hotel, and/or rate type; propose corrective actions and best practices.
• Propose improvements for proper online distribution and communication flows.

We are looking for a Channel Integration Trainee for our MTS GLOBE delegation in Palma. The ideal candidate would be a proactive and analytical person, with good communication skills and a passion for the tourism sector. Our future teammate will be responsible for the following functions:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the distribution channels at the MTS GLOBE delegation in Spain through the Channel Manager between the hotel and the incoming agency for our Tour Operator clients.
• Ensure the correct update of data across all contracted online distribution channels.
• Ensure the proper commercial distribution of these channels between hoteliers and the destination delegation.
• Ability to analyze different distribution channels.
• Review sales by channel, market, hotel, and/or rate type, and propose corrective actions and best practices to implement, always applying synergies in the area.
• Propose and suggest improvements for proper online distribution.
• Act as an intermediary between the hotels and corporate teams with the goal of improving communication flows.

Requisitos

• Background in Tourism, Business Administration or similar fields
• Knowledge of the following channels: Siteminder, Prestige, Idiso and/or Edingus.
• Good English level. Other languages will be a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Proactive individual with analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience in hotel management is a plus.
