Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Surgical Robotics portfolio in EMEA. You will explain complex technical issues related to the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to healthcare professionals, startup specialists and field engineers, while coordinating remote and occasional onsite support.

Ideal candidates have a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background with robotics experience, strong problem-solving and FLUENCY in Portuguese, English and Italian.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or medical field with technical skills.
Fluent Portuguese, English and Italian at C1/C2 level.
Experience with robotics or motion control in capital equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for Hugo and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
Drive escalation and coordinate field service as needed.
Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot complex requests.
Ensure documentation and records are complete and up-to-date.
Occasional onsite support domestically and internationally.
