Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics across Europe. You will support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 AI platform, communicating with HCP, SUS and FSE, with remote and occasional onsite duties across multiple countries.

The role demands a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background, fluency in English, Portuguese and Italian, and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced OR environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering, or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese and Italian highly desirable.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation and coordinate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
