Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo and DS1 platforms across EMEA. This role is remote, with occasional onsite training, and requires collaboration with HCPs, SUS and FSEs.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with robotics experience, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with relevant experience, or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments.
• Experience with analysing technical issues and processes for continuous improvement.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation process to resolve issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgement and own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation and system entries are complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
• Work hours 8:00-16:30 CET; on-call 7:00-19:00 with rotating schedule.
