Zusammenfassung

Medtronic seeks a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo and DS1 platforms across EMEA. You will explain complex technical issues to healthcare professionals, startup specialists, and field service engineers, and you will travel occasionally to client sites.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with robotics experience, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/ electrical/ mechanical engineering with 4+ years' experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years.'
• Portuguese, English, and Italian at C1/C2 level.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE; act as a liaison between stakeholders and operating unit.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues; initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other tech service specialists to troubleshoot complex requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgement and ownContinuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation/system entries are complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training (domestically and internationally).
• Regular work hours 8:00-16:30 CET; on-call 7AM-7PM; rotation among colleagues.
