Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 platform. This full-time role focuses on remote issue resolution, documentation, and collaboration with field service engineers across international sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to healthcare professionals, start-up specialists and field service engineers.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and initiate field service where needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgement and ownership of improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation and entries are completed promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training requests domestically and internationally.
• Regular working hours from 8:00 - 17:00 (approximate).
