Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 2+ years for advanced degree or 4+ years for bachelor.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian at C1/C2 level.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Escalate issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Maintain documentation and promote continuous improvement.
• Occasional on-site training domestically and internationally.
