Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic system and the DS1 platform across the EMEA region. You will provide remote technical support to health care professionals, start-up specialists, and field service engineers, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit.

The role requires a degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years' experience, fluent Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2), and strong problem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years' experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment environments.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation process to resolve customer issues; initiate field service as needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment and own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure documentation/system entries are complete; focus on remote support with some onsite work.
