Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics in the EMEA region. You will explain complex technical issues related to the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to healthcare professionals, SUS, and FSEs, supporting remote and limited on-site activities across multiple countries.

The role requires a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background, 4+ years in a related field or a medical degree with technical skills, and fluency in Portuguese, English, and

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering (or medical degree with technical skills)
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2)
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment
• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize assignments
• Experience with software troubleshooting and technical issue analysis

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation processes and initiate field service support when needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and perform technical activities requiring judgment.
• Ensure all documentation and system entries are complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional on-site training domestically and internationally.
