Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to help customers with devices and services from home. This is a 100% remote, full-time role with a permanent contract.

The position requires native Spanish (Valencian preferred) and English (B1/B2). Training is provided, and a career development program is available to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency with Valencian.
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18+ and eligible to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via the assigned channels.
• Identify needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide step-by-step guidance.
• Explain technical information clearly and professionally.
