Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to work remotely from Spain, helping customers maximize device and service use. You’ll assist via channels, troubleshoot, and provide clear, guided solutions while maintaining records and meeting targets.

Requirements include native/bilingual Spanish (Aranese), English B1/B2, a high school diploma, strong communication, and basic technical knowledge. Permanent contract; 39 hours/week; €19,976.99 gross/year plus €1,200 bonus.

Formación

• Native or bilingual Spanish with Aranese plus English (B1/B2).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic technical knowledge and good typing skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers through assigned channels and provide step-by-step guidance.
• Identify needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and explain technical info clearly.
• Manage interactions using internal systems and follow procedures.
• Handle concerns with empathy, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain records and meet quality, satisfaction, and productivity targets.
