Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to help customers get the most from their devices and services, all from a remote setting. You will assist through multiple channels, resolve basic technical issues, and guide users with clear explanations.

The role requires native Spanish + Catalan and English at B1/B2, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work 39 hours weekly. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Spanish + Catalan
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 and legal work in Spain
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Basic technical knowledge and confidence using computers
• Good typing skills, attention to detail, and calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through assigned communication channels.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide step-by-step guidance.
• Explain technical information clearly and professionally.
• Manage customer interactions using internal systems and follow established procedures.
