Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Valencian-speaking) for a fully remote role in Spain. You will assist customers, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and explain technical information clearly, while maintaining high satisfaction and productivity.

The role requires Valencian and Spanish, English at B1/B2, a high school diploma, and the ability to work shifts. The company offers a permanent contract, full-time hours, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Spanish with Valencian proficiency.
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 and legal documentation to work in Spain.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem solving.
• Basic technical knowledge and comfortable using computers/devices.
• Good typing skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the assigned communication channels.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide step-by-step guidance.
• Explain technical information clearly and professionally.
• Manage customer interactions using internal systems and follow procedures.
• Handle concerns with empathy, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
