Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for its Surgical Robotics portfolio in EMEA. You will support the Hugo RAS and DS1 platforms, communicate complex issues to HCP, SUS and FSE, and drive escalation when needed.

A medical or engineering background with robotics exposure is required, along with Portuguese, English and Italian fluency. You will work primarily remotely with occasional international travel and a flexible incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in engineering with relevant experience, or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Robotics or motion control experience in capital equipment environments.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Lead escalation to field service when needed and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure prompt documentation.
• Primarily remote support with occasional domestic and international onsite training.
• Adhere to 8:00–16:30 CET hours; on-call 7:00–19:00 rotating.
