Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics across Europe, supporting Hugo and DS1 systems. You will communicate complex technical issues to healthcare professionals, start-up specialists, and field engineers, with a focus on remote assistance and occasional international onsite support.

You should have an engineering degree with robotics/motion control experience, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with relevant experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) is required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in capital equipment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in software troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation to resolve issues and initiate field service as needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure timely documentation.
• Primarily remote with occasional onsite/domestic and international travel.
• Regular 8:00–16:30 CET work hours; on-call 7:00–19:00 with rotating coverage.
