Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 in an EMEA-wide, remote capacity. The role requires advanced engineering education and 4+ years of robotics experience, with fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, SUS and FSEs, manage escalations, and contribute to continuous process improvements, with occasional on-site support across multiple countries.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 2+ years experience; or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) is required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.
• Highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Lead escalation process to resolve issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex requests.
• Own documentation and continuous improvement projects.
• Occasional onsite support/domestic and international travel.
