Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic system and the DS1 analytics platform across EMEA. The role requires strong medical-technical expertise, excellent communication in Portuguese, English and Italian, and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel.

You will collaborate with Health Care Professionals, SUS, and Field Service Engineers to resolve issues, drive improvements, and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering; or medical degree with tech skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience in robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.
• Highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience in software troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to healthcare professionals and field staff.
• Lead escalation and coordinate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own documentation and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Occasional on-site support domestically or internationally.
