CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations (Remote) to support the growing partner ecosystem across the UK and Spain, focusing on day-to-day operations, Salesforce data integrity, and partner onboarding.

You will enable the Alliances/Partner team, manage partner deals classification, provide KPI reporting, and help with quarterly business reviews and annual planning.

Formación

• Experience in partner operations or channel programs.
• Ability to interpret data and prepare KPI metrics for leadership.
• Experience with onboarding and compliance for partners.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to support channel strategy with data-driven insights.
• Enable the Alliances/Partner team to execute partner processes and initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day tasks to support Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
• Interpret data and prepare metrics to share with management regularly.
• Assist with partner onboarding and compliance; support complex contractual cases.
• Ensure partner deals are correctly categorized and attributed; provide regional deal support.
• Advise on process improvements and liaise with IT and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs to align processes with business needs and future plans.
• Contribute to the Annual Operating Planning Process.
