Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations to optimize partner ecosystem operations across remote regions including Spain and the UK.

You will manage data, onboarding, and program integrity while collaborating with Alliance leadership to scale partner initiatives. Ideal candidates have a 5+ year background in partner/sales ops, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops experience.
• Strong analytical background with ability to identify anomalies and insights.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills with business partnership experience.
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to support channel strategy using data-driven insights.
• Enable wider Alliances/Partner team to execute partner processes and initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks supporting Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
• Prepare metrics and KPIs for management review.
• Assist with partner onboarding and complex contractual cases.
• Ensure proper partner deal categorization and attribution; provide regional deal support.
• Advise on process improvements and liaise with IT, capability, and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and Annual Operating Planning to align processes with business needs.
• Maintain alignment and territories for Alliance teams.
• Resolve commissions issues escalated by the Comp Team.
• Develop scalable data flows and best practices for partnerships.
• Deliver enablement sessions and onboard new hires; support knowledge transfer.
