Lodgify is seeking an SDR to drive outbound conversations with vacation rental owners and property managers. You’ll also handle inbound chat and convert interest into high-value demonstrations for the Sales team, with a fresh batch of qualified leads each month.

You’ll grow into a Sales Specialist role within 1 to 1.5 years, backed by ongoing coaching, a results-driven environment, and uncapped commission potential. This role supports remote work from home.

Formación

• At least 1 year of consistent work experience in a professional environment.
• Native-level English with Spanish proficiency.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging non-prospecting leads.
• Energetic, proactive and collaborative in a team setting.
• Curious about short-term rental SaaS and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to qualified vacation rental leads with contextual value.
• Engage with prospects via website chat and schedule product demonstrations.
• Conduct brief discovery calls to identify operational needs and growth opportunities for rental businesses.
• Schedule qualified demos for Sales Specialists with detailed handover notes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to support pipeline visibility and collaboration.
• Handle objections and clearly articulate Lodgify's value proposition.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to test messaging and targeting.
