Lodgify is a fast-growing SaaS platform for vacation rental management, headquartered in Barcelona with a diverse, international team. We are seeking a Product Onboarding Specialist to own the customer journey from subscription through post-setup, guiding account setups, connections, and ongoing adoption.

You will work in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment, collaborating with multiple departments to drive customer value, upsell features, and ensure successful implementations across English

Formación

• 1+ year of onboarding/account management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Native or near-native English and French language skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and stay highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new customers by guiding setup of Lodgify accounts, connections, and training via calls and screen sharing in English and Spanish.
• Own the customer journey post-setup and pursue upsell opportunities across Lodgify features.
• Provide consultative approach to ensure customers maximize value from the platform.
• Analyze customer base and proactively drive adoption, upgrades, and renewals.
• Collect and relay customer feedback on bugs and enhancements to the Product team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and other teams to maximize customer value.
