Formación

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role; prior sales experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Genuine enthusiasm for web-based solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high volume of inbound chats and calls.
• Log interactions in HubSpot CRM.
