Smartness, a leading hospitality SaaS, seeks an SDR to drive the DACH market from Barcelona with Europe-wide remote options. You will identify and contact accommodation providers, schedule qualified appointments, and help expand our premium Smartness Ultra suite.

Your work will impact ARR and growth by delivering high-value opportunities across Europe. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, use CRM insights, and participate in events to build a robust pipeline.

Formación

• 1–2 years of outbound prospecting or lead generation in SaaS/Tech.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand client business models and curate value propositions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage high-quality leads to create qualified appointments.
• Be the first point of contact, shaping the client’s first impression.
• Meet monthly ARR targets by building a high-value pipeline.
• Analyze data to optimize pipeline and outreach strategies.
• Represent Smartness at European events and trade shows.
