Job summary

Ideals is hiring a Sales Onboarding Specialist to scale onboarding for Key Accounts, Commercial Sales reps, and Customer Success Managers. You will run structured training, role-plays, and ongoing coaching in close collaboration with sales leadership and the enablement function.

This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Spain, Portugal, or Ukraine. You will help create repeatable ramp plans, embed best practices, and drive faster, more confident performance across our global sales

Qualifications

2+ years in sales onboarding or training in a B2B SaaS or tech setting.
Ability to design live sessions, role-plays and coaching conversations with real reps.
Strong facilitation with actionable feedback that reps will use.
Understanding SDR/BDM sales process and common discovery/cold-call/objection handling.
Excellent English communication with global stakeholders; onboarding materials in English.

Responsibilities

Deliver structured onboarding programs for new sales reps focusing on market, ICP, product and competitive landscape.
Design and run practical training sessions, role-plays and practice rounds to build confidence and real-world skills.
Maintain onboarding plans tailored to different rep profiles for faster ramp-up times.
Embed best practices and company-approved sales techniques through regular sessions and feedback loops.
Support rollout and adoption of new sales programs, tools, and initiatives globally.
Act as a bridge between sales leadership, enablement, and frontline reps to keep everyone aligned.
