Virtuagym is seeking a Customer Onboarding Consultant to own the onboarding of a portfolio of starting clients and guide them to success with our software. This remote role from Spain supports our international customer base and integrates with our global teams.

You will run 1:1 sessions, tailor guidance, and ensure customers realize value quickly while driving retention and ongoing satisfaction across your portfolio.

Formación

• Experience in managing client communication across channels such as calls, email, and chat.
• Experience with onboarding new customers and guiding them through software.
• Strong written and spoken English; Spanish native level.
• Comfort with remote work and high autonomy.
• Excellent problem-solving and empathetic skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding for your portfolio of starting clients and drive value from day one.
• Host 1:1 consulting sessions to guide software adoption and success.
• Advise clients through software implementation from A to Z.
• Proactively follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify key customer issues and prioritize them for resolution.
