Job summary

Hongqi Spain is seeking a Sales Coordinator to be the local right hand to the Sales Manager. Your role ensures orders, stock visibility, and HQ reporting while enabling marketing planning when needed.

You will maintain the Spain order book, coordinate with HQ on VINs and ETAs, and handle travel, meetings and weekly updates. This remote role requires travel across Spain and close collaboration with distributors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a coordinator / assistant / sales ops / importer‑distributor office role.
• Experience in overseas automotive trade or fleet/key‑account support.
• Fluent in Spanish; Mandarin preferred; good English communication.
• Familiar with order/stock trackers and basic Excel.
• Strong cross‑cultural teamwork and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Spain order book and logistics interface, track VIN/status.
• Coordinate daily liaison between Spain team and Hongqi China HQ.
• Prepare meeting packs, capture minutes, and manage travel.
• Support marketing calendar and fleet/sales operations, as needed.
