Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics execution and coordinating shipments.
• Background in supply chain is an advantage.
• Office environment with frequent customer and provider contact is preferred.
• Ability to manage urgent requests under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of order processing to ensure on-time deliveries and monitor logistics performance.
• Manage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring schedules are met and disruptions minimized.
• Serve as the main contact for customers, addressing queries and urgent requests in real time.
• Support central teams in managing logistics incidents to minimize service impact.
• Track metrics for on-time delivery, transport quality, and customer satisfaction, addressing variances.
