BYD Europe is seeking a Regional Sales Excellence Specialist for Spain & Portugal to ensure customer-facing teams are highly skilled and capable of delivering outstanding experiences. You will localize, optimize and deliver sales training content for digital, retail and dealer networks across Europe’s NEV models, with a focus on seamless customer journeys and measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive, marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3 years' experience in a customer-focused training/coaching team or organization.
• Excellent Spanish and English language skills; Portuguese will be valuable.
• Excellent coaching, training, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Spain, Portugal and BYD HQ.

Mansioni

• Adapt the EU Training Master Plan to meet the Spain & Portugal market needs.
• Deliver impactful sales and product training across digital, virtual, and in-person formats.
• Manage the database of market dealer staff in Learning Platforms and Tools with coordination.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine training needs and implement TMP solutions.
• Provide ad-hoc coaching and monthly training reports for Europe-wide reporting.
