Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and handles requests according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out maintenance tasks and coordinates with teams to ensure service delivery.
• Investigates root causes of incidents and escalates unresolved issues.
