NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support and incident resolution for clients across the region. You will operate within defined procedures to restore services, escalate when needed, and maintain clear records of incidents and changes.

You will work in a remote-first setup, collaborating with cross-cultural teams and applying foundational networking knowledge, vendor tech concepts, and monitoring tools to ensure service

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing required.
• Associate-level networking certs (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba) preferred.

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support follow procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and logs incidents with details.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Maintains knowledge of specialisms and provides detailed advice.
