NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support and resolve incidents for clients. The role emphasizes following procedures, using service assurance tools, and maintaining accurate CI configurations.

You will work remotely with a focus on diagnosing routing, switching, and wireless issues, escalating where needed, and ensuring consistent incident resolution and client satisfaction across diverse environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures that requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software/tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and monitors service delivery against SLAs.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents according to procedures.
• Maintains secure, accurate configurations on configuration items (CIs).
• Remotely investigates root causes and assists with remedies and preventative measures.
• Keeps clients updated and logs incidents with required detail.
