Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo system and DS1 platform across EMEA. You will communicate complex technical information to HCPs, SUS, and FSEs from multiple countries and guide remote resolution efforts.

The role requires engineering credentials, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and experience with robotics. Expect on-call time and occasional international travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or medical degree with tech skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to healthcare professionals, SUS and FSE.
• Lead escalation to resolve issues and trigger field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
