Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist for its Surgical Robotics portfolio in EMEA. The role requires a medical or engineering degree with robotics experience and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian.

You will troubleshoot, support HCPs, SUS and FSEs and participate in continuous improvement in a global environment. Responsibilities include remote support, escalation, collaboration with peers, and occasional on-site training across domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation process and initiate on-site service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure documentation is complete.
