Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic system and DS1. This full-time role supports Health Care Professionals and Field Service Engineers across EMEA, with a focus on remote assistance and occasional onsite training. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in (biomedical/electrical/mechanical) engineering with 4+ years’ experience or advanced degree with 2+ years experience, or a medical degree with tech skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) is required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities with ownership of improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation/system entries are complete promptly.
• Remote support focus with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
• Regular hours 8:00-16:30 CET; on-call 7AM-7PM with rotating coverage.
