Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 AI platform across EMEA. You will advise Health Care Professionals and Field Service Engineers, diagnose advanced technical issues, and lead escalation when needed.

You hold a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering degree and 2–4+ years in robotics or capital equipment, with fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian. Remote work with occasional international travel offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in (biomedical/electrical/mechanical) engineering with relevant experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE; act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit.
• Drive the escalation process to resolve customer issues, including initiating field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment and ownership of continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation/system entries are complete and promptly updated.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
