Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 platform across Europe. You will act as a technical liaison to HCPs, SUS, and FSEs, providing remote assistance and coordinating escalation and field service as needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills, plus experience in operating room environments and a willingness to travel for onsite activities.

Formación

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to healthcare professionals.
• Drive the escalation process to resolve customer issues and coordinate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own documentation and ensure records are completed promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite domestic and international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive the escalation process to resolve customer issues, including initiating field service support when needed.
• Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Ensure all documentation/system entries are fully complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support, with occasional onsite support/training domestically and internationally.
